The hotel staff was helpful. I felt very supported ! the receptionist staff were especially polite and helpful. i had a few issues during my business trip, and they really were great too support me. I appreciate that i could resolve everything quickly. the rooms are spacious and clean.
a slight inconvenience was not having parking directly at the hotel, but a public parking garage was nearby.

The location was quite central, close to the railway station. Staff seemed helpful and friendly during check-in.
The room I was initially assigned was not excellent. There were noticeable scuffs on the bathroom door. An extra duvet in the cupboard had a visible stain. Windows emitted a strange cracking noise periodically. I wish the initial room quality matched the hotel's reputation.
