Acceptable Stay Near Central Station
central station great breakfast concrete block hotel slippers
Location was fantastic. It was right next to Central station. The breakfast was also nice. It had lots of choice.
My pillows! They were like sleeping on a concrete block. I was expecting slippers. They don't have them!

central location caramel wafers friendly staff
The hotel location is great near central station. My room had caramel wafers, a nice touch to enjoy with tea. The breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly. I also enjoyed my spacious room.
The lifts operated on a slightly confusing numbered system.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though you shouldn't expect a traditional Turkish breakfast. Staff was attentive and kept the buffet well-stocked throughout service. The dining area was clean and well-kept.

great size room helpful staff awesome breakfast refreshing shower
The room was a great size and very clean. Staff members were very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Breakfast was awesome with a good variety of options. The spacious shower had great water pressure, which I found very refreshing.

charming city stay!
helpful staff really good service spacious room
The hotel staff was helpful. I felt very supported ! the receptionist staff were especially polite and helpful. i had a few issues during my business trip, and they really were great too support me. I appreciate that i could resolve everything quickly. the rooms are spacious and clean.
a slight inconvenience was not having parking directly at the hotel, but a public parking garage was nearby.

the superior room featured nice decor with two chairs, a bench, and two tables. the shower room was well-equipped and had great water pressure. the room included a coffee machine and a kettle.

friendly staff spacious room
I found the staff really friendly. The room was super clean and spacious, a real bonus.
Rooms near the lifts had a really annoying beeping that never stopped. It was quite distracting.

bathroom door stained duvet
The location was quite central, close to the railway station. Staff seemed helpful and friendly during check-in.
The room I was initially assigned was not excellent. There were noticeable scuffs on the bathroom door. An extra duvet in the cupboard had a visible stain. Windows emitted a strange cracking noise periodically. I wish the initial room quality matched the hotel's reputation.
